What xBrand by xsvStudio stores about you, and why. Last updated 2026-09-28.
Your name and work email address, which company you belong to, your role there, when you last signed in, and which sign-in provider you used (Google, Microsoft, or an emailed link). That is the whole account record.
Separately, this site uses Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag to understand visits: pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, device, approximate location, and, for LinkedIn members, aggregate company and job-function reports. Sign-in pages are left out, and anything shown from your account is masked in Clarity recordings. The xsvStudio Privacy Policy covers all three tools and their opt-outs.
From the sign-in you choose. Google and Microsoft give us your verified email and display name and nothing else. We never see or store a password.
Showing you your own brand kit and signature, and letting the person who manages your company's kit see who has access. We do not sell it, share it, or use it for advertising.
One session cookie keeps you signed in for seven days. A short-lived cookie holds the sign-in handshake for ten minutes. Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and LinkedIn set their own cookies to recognize a returning browser across xsvstudio.com sites, and Google and LinkedIn may associate visits with signed-in accounts for aggregate audience reports. We do not use any of it for advertising.
Ask your company's kit manager to remove you, or write to xbrand@xsvstudio.com and we delete the record.
